How It All Started

Frontline to Field was born from a deep passion to serve those who serve us. What began as a simple idea—to support the mental health of first responders and military members—quickly grew into a powerful mission. Our founders, with personal connections to the military, public service, and youth athletics, saw the growing need for mental health resources and resilience training across these communities. They recognized the silent struggles faced by those on the front lines and in the fields, and knew something had to be done. From that spark, Frontline to Field was created—to connect heroes and young athletes with the support, tools, and community they need to thrive, both mentally and emotionally. What started as a cause close to the heart has now become a movement of hope, healing, and empowerment.
