Frontline to Field continued its growing impact in Arizona with its 4th Youth Baseball Clinic, held March 7–8, 2026 in Tucson. The exciting weekend of baseball and community engagement followed a special kickoff the evening before.

The festivities began on Friday, March 6, when Frontline to Field President Jason Stanford was invited to throw out the first pitch at Opening Day for Oro Valley Little League. It was a great way to celebrate the start of the season and highlight the partnership between the organization and the local baseball community.

The weekend continued with a one-day youth camp for Oro Valley Little League players on Saturday, followed by Sunday’s clinic for the Legends of Oro Valley, giving even more young athletes the opportunity to develop their skills and confidence on the field.

Campers had the unique opportunity to learn from former Major League and Minor League players, including Ed Vosberg, Colin Porter (now serving as a firefighter in Tucson), Jason Hanna, and Frontline to Field President Jason Stanford. Their instruction, mentorship, and passion for the game created an unforgettable experience for all the young athletes who attended.

The weekend was a tremendous success. With beautiful Arizona weather and the largest turnout yet for a Frontline to Field camp in the state, the fields were filled with energy, excitement, and plenty of smiles.

Frontline to Field is grateful to the Oro Valley baseball community, the volunteers and coaches who donated their time, and the families who brought their young athletes out for the weekend. Events like these continue to show how powerful baseball can be in bringing communities together and inspiring the next generation.

With the continued support of the community, Frontline to Field looks forward to expanding its youth clinics and creating even more opportunities for young athletes in Arizona and beyond.
