This past December, Frontline to Field proudly hosted our very first Youth Baseball Camp in beautiful Tucson, Arizona—and it was a home run in every way!
With the support of our dedicated team and an incredible lineup of former MLB and MiLB players, we brought together young athletes from across the community for a day of learning, growth, and inspiration. From fielding drills to batting practice, the energy on the diamond was electric as the pros shared their skills, stories, and passion for the game.
But this camp was about more than just baseball. At Frontline to Field, we believe strong players are built from the inside out. That’s why we included a powerful mental health discussion focused on what it means to be a good teammate—and more importantly, a good person—both on and off the field. Through open conversation, we encouraged the kids to support one another, communicate, and lead with kindness, resilience, and respect.
Seeing the smiles, the teamwork, and the genuine excitement from these young athletes reminded us exactly why we do what we do. This camp wasn’t just a day of baseball—it was a day of building confidence, character, and community.
Thank you to our amazing coaches, volunteers, and families who made this event such a success. Tucson was just the beginning—and we can’t wait to bring the Frontline to Field experience to more cities and more young athletes across the country.
